R.E.G.A.L, which stands for "Radical Enhancement Using Gas Assisted Liquid Dispersion," is a cutting-edge combination aeration technology developed by Valiant Entech Private Ltd. At Valiant, we call the process of R.E.G.A.L. a 3c process.
By harnessing the power of Nanobubbles as carriers, Ultrasound as a catalyst, and Free Radicals as the chemistry of the process, REGAL technology offers a sustainable and cost efficient solution for a wide range of applications, all aligned with Valiant Entech's mission to lead in environmental technologies and solutions.

NANOBUBBLES- THE CARRIERS
Nanobubbles, being extremely small and stable gas bubbles with diameters in the nanometer range, play a pivotal role in this innovative process. They are the carriers that facilitate the controlled release of gasses, enhancing the efficiency of various chemical reactions.
They are Stable in water for months, owing to negative zeta potential (homogenous charge), brownian motion and their size on the Nanometer scale. Nanobubbles help us achieve >92% mass-transfer of any gas into a solution, which when compared to conventional aeration technologies is better at a magnitude of 5x at the minimum. This helps us customize different solutions as per different client problem statements.

ULTRASOUND ACTIVATORS- THE CATALYST
The catalytic component of REGAL technology is Ultrasound, which acts as the catalyst for implosion of Nanobubbles- generating extreme localized heat and energy and free radicals. Ultrasound ensures that the Nanobubbles collapse and disperse effectively, maximizing their interaction with the surrounding liquid. This is evident by the higher than normal ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) of water recirculated within the R.E.G.A.L. system..
FREE RADICALS- THE CHEMISTRY
The chemistry of the REGAL process is centered around Free Radicals, which are highly reactive molecules crucial for various chemical reactions. These Free Radicals are generated as a result of the controlled breakdown of gas within the Nanobubbles.
These Free radicals can oxidize multiple The combination of Nanobubbles, Ultrasound, and Free Radicals results in a highly efficient and eco-friendly process that can revolutionize various industrial processes.
